Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed as soon as they are placed.
- Delivery within Egypt usually takes 3–8 working days, depending on location and courier workload .

Governorates
- Orders to governorates must be paid in advance
- Returned governorate orders are refunded after deducting shipping fees
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
- You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, according to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Faulty items
- Defective or damaged items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
How to return

- We offer a paid home collection service (cost deducted from refund).
- Pickup usually happens within 24–48 hours.
- No label printing needed.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Return shipping fees (if applicable) are deducted from the refund amount
